Initiate Your Request
Log into your NumberSea account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
